White Chocolate Peach Dessert Pizza

This simple and delicious recipe is made perfect with locally grown peaches and a scoop of vanilla ice cream!

You'll need:

1 refrigerated pie crust (or pizza crust)
2 peaches, peeled, cored and diced
1 cup white chocolate morsels
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup oats
3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 stick butter, softened

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. As the oven is preheating, roll out the pie crust onto a round pizza stone or pan. (I like to let the dough come to room temperature before doing this so it doesn't rip.)

Bake the dough for 8-10 minutes. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, oats, sugar, ginger and cinnamon. Cut in the butter until the mixture is crumbly. If you haven't already done so, this is a great time to core, peel and cut the peaches.

Remove the crust from the oven and top with half the white chocolate chip morsels. Spread the diced peaches over the white chocolate then sprinkle the streusel topping over both layers. Add the remaining white chocolate chips and bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
